Timing belt & valve adjustment. Maybe the water pump since it's right there at the timing belt?
Fresh brake fluid & fresh antifreeze every 2 years. When's the last time for that? How about brakes? You can't predict that with mileage, since everybody drives differently. But it can't hurt to inspect them real good.

While you're doing the timing belt/water pump you may as well replace your accessory belts (power steering, a/c, alternator). You'll be draining you coolant so check your hoses and replace them as needed. Sounds like you should be in good shape otherwise.
