the headlights are already clear, it's the corners u want to clear. you can't open them up unless you dremel them cuz they're not glued together. your best bet would be to get some aftermarket clears.

they can be had for around $20 shipped on ebay. i'd recommend staying away from the euro clear style and getting USDM clears. i *think* JDM style clears will require modification to install.

"chrome" housing "JDM" corners can be had. I have them. They do require modification to the headlight bracket to fit, but still dont fit properly. So i also recomend the USDM clear corner lenses, look identical to the OEM corner lenses on your car now, but are totally clear.
