how do I clean my headlight lenses?

My headlights on my lude are getting really nasty looking. They've gotten foggy and kind of yellowish looking. They're also all chipped and scratched up like the rest of the front end is from the previous owner. Anyone know what I can do to clean the lenses? Somewhere I can take it, someone that can do it for me, or some special way that I can do it myself? If all else fails I guess I'll just buy new head lights.

Plastic?

Get some Meguiars PlastX Clear Plastic Cleaner & Polish. I cleaned one of the blinkers in my bumper, came out looking almost new.

You might have to apply 2-3 coats

3M makes a good one too!
