Question about ALT BELT install

Hey guys ive been trying to put on my new alt belt on my 99accord v6 but the damn thing is just 2 tight. Even with the tensioner pulled to max its just 2 tight. what is the best pulley to leave for last? first? I would appreciate any help thanks
