Help !!

Anyone out there good with wiring, got a quick question, I Did the Vtec Light diy, worked out pretty good. But I want to add another LED, I tried a tie clip to the other LED then routed that to the Vtec selonoid. But just that one LED will light up, So question is, Is there another way to wire that second LED, or what am I doing wrong???

from what i know about wiring:

if you try running 2 led's off that power they will only run at half of what they need. assuming the diy was made to handle only one led. in which case you might only see one light up because there isn't enough juice getting to the second one to even light it up.

idk maybe i'm wrong? but i know if you wire up 4 led's pos to neg in series and stick em in a 12v connecter they should all light up at a correct voltage(about 3v each)

Makes sense, I still want to find a way to make my light brighter though.

try reversing the polarity going to the one that isn't lighting. diodes only work with current flowing in one direction

Vehicle Speed above 13MPH (3MPH for A/T) the Electronic Control Module (ECM) activates the VTEC system by sending a 12volt signal to a solenoid. We just want to hook up a light in parallel with this solenoid and steal a little power so the light is on when VTEC is activated. Each car is a little different in which wire is used for the signal.
