yanking out tranny... 98 SH

i need to bring in my tranny for repairs and dont feel like paying them 60$ /h for pulling it out. is it all that hard? i've heard it wasnt that bad, but thta's just what i hear. being an SH, i was skeptical since they seem to make life difficult.

thanks!

My friend and I chanded the clutch and flywheel on my car. I took us about a full day to tear down and rebuild. We almost couldn't
get the driver side axle out. If they make a tool for it now use it. If not good luck or maybe mine was just stuck. The ATTS unit is rather easy to deal with but you will need to run the car in gear while flat off of the ground.
