how would i install a new fuel pump for a turbo set up

you take out your rear seat and unbolt the silverplate under there and then under that is your fuel pump

yeah once your rear seat is removed (1 bolt) and that siver plate is removed (4 screws) there is your fuel pump with plenty of room to work

i didn't know the rear seats were that easy to remove
only one bolt?
