^yea man. especially this time of year in the northwest, shit just rains all the time and ruins anything you try to do w/ your car. parking space isn't undercover wiether so doens't help at all.

yeah...also my job has a gravel/dirt parking lot, so no matter what, it's gonna get all dirty right away.

Never waxed mine. I usually just go through the touchless carwash and dry it with a microfiber cloth.

I've been wanting to wash the fit this weekend, but some asshat parked his audi right infront of the hose, making in more or less impossible for me to access it.

i was never able to wash any of my cars during apt living. most i did was wax it in the parking lot after taking it to one of those DIY car wash places

That's the point in doing it...it keeps the nastiness from eating through your clear coat. Extra protection...

A properly waxed vehicle can be dusted off by a California Car Duster if loose dust is an issue.

It gets the contaminants off the clearcoat. The polish/wax protect it. You should do more than just a cleaner wax.
