Question about corner lights

I'm sure this will be an easy question to answer for somebody. My in-laws have an 88 civic DX hatchback (not the CRX model). We are trying to locate a replacement, driver's side marker/parking light. I'm finding lights all over the internet but the searches always reference sedans, 4-doors, and CRX. Blah, blah, blah. My question is simple enough. Will a CRX or Sedan corner light work on a "plane-jane Civic hatchback? Seems to me that Honda would be silly to design two different lights for two versions of an 88 civic, but... stranger things have happened.

Yeah daanno, for your in laws they can order corner lights for a 88 or 89 civic hatch. DX or Si model same corner lights. I'm not exactly sure about the crx .
