Those are dual side draft carburators. As for the new cars comment it is too bad that this is just a Honda/Acura forum because I would pull out my 73 Datsun 510! Old School ownz joo!

BTW: Are those Mikunis?

A turbo on those carbs would be almost pointless. I'm happy with it just as it is, my next car will be a turbo build

They're genuine Weber 40 DCOE's, Mikuni's and Dellorto's are Weber copies.

I thought they looked like Webers, but everytime I guess Webers the person says they are something else. I can't win. Fat first gen CRX though!

Thanks, it'll outrun H22 preludes, and now that I have the LSD in, I can drive it comfortably in the rain again. There's a lot to be said for fun factor in daily driven cars

I second that. I think that cars should be built to be driven. Trailors are for movies!

Uh... probably around $5500 to this point... I know with that much I could have gotten a B series and a turbo, but as of right now I'm still CSP autocross legal, even though I'm thinking about ditching that idea for some better brakes and a cam...

Yeah, that's just the engine, probably up to around $7000 total right now, and I still need to finish off the suspension, but that's various wheels, tires, and other comfort things.

I greatly appreciate the complement, but it looks alot better than it runs. I am too lazy to fix my fuel problems.

Heres my bros si and my little bros dx that he got from me for a whopping 1200 dollars almost flawless (it used to be )

Its a 90 si with 89000 miles and a homemade turbo running 5lbs
and it might be needing a engine since he thinks he blew up something last night.

Heres the dx I sure miss it, it was almost perfect only slight beginning rust on the wheel well. I took back my rims so its on steelies now.

heres an updated pic

I linked them, because they are kinda big and I don't feel like reducing them right now. Is it obvious it's been sitting for a while?
