Acura Sport Shift Knob For Honda MT Fit?

Can someone let me know if this Acura shift knob is for a manual transmission, and if it is, could it fit a Honda Fit MT (10 x 1.5)? I'm looking to upgrade my rubber shift knob to leather and this looks like it would fit the bill if it would fit the Fit.
