2000 TL won't start, Hydraulics problem??
So I live in cold snowy Michigan, parked my car a week ago and didn't need to use it till a day ago when I tried to start it and the battery is fine but the engine won't turn over. It has been REALLY cold during this period (-10 and colder) for a few days during that week. When I turn the key (right before you start it) you can normally push the brake pedal in with ease but I cannot due that (feels like hydraulic pressure has been lost) and the wheel won't turn easily either. I'm initially thinking a hydraulics problem but any help would be appreciated, ask questions if you've got them and thanks

You don't even hear the engine trying to start when you turn the key? All you hear is a "click" sound?
