97 3.0 door panel removal

97 3.0 door panel removal
The window no longer rolls up or down and the motor sounds sluggish. How difficult is it to remove the door panel? I have removed the visible screws and speaker grille. I am assuming there are plastic fasteners around the edges of the panel.
