After 3 years, the ALG residual of the CL Premium is 51%
After 5 years, it is 38%.The invoice of the car is $25,995...you should be able to get it for around that since CLs or selling so slow. It might not be a bad idea to buy it outright with the resale value being so high.

CL is a great value, so is the Type-S version. The residual the dealer gave you is accurate. That should keep your lease payments realatively low
