acura cl rear alignment bolts

I can't seem to remove the alignment bolts in the back of my 2001 acura cl. I took it to a shop to have it aligned, and evidently someone before me (and my mechanic) has buggered up the threads on the old bolts, so I need to put new ones in. Any help to this newby Acura fanatic would be greatly appreciated.
