I ordered a Turbo kit from Dave Shih out in California and got it in one week, overnighted it to me via UPS and got lots of extras.
I also ordered a few things from Summit Sport Compact and although there prices are a bit on the high side, they have one of the fastest shipping departments i've ever been in touch with.
I recently ordered from overboost.com too, and they were great to do business with.
The only one I've ever had problems with was bad advertising from Modacar.com, don't order from them.
