WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS with Racing Concept In Lynnwood WA
had them install H&R Sports Springs $220 install $150 on my 02 TL-S. they cut and scuffed my leather seat in the back and now they wont replace them(tried to repair them and found out that the cuts and scuffs were to deep to be repaired). f**ked up

That really sucks. I'm sure they have insurance, they should just fix it and get it over with so they can clear their name. I'm going through something similar with my infiniti. Not fun.

Just tell them that if they don't pay, you will take them to small claims court.

yeah i made a report to the BBB and the Washington Attorney General, im gonna wait and see what they have to say, then i'll look in to the small claims.

I have no idea, it is several cuts and scuffs on the center of the seat where the third person would sit. it looks like something sharp was slid accross it or they put the seat on something sharp and slid the seat accross it. im not really sure because the seat comes out of the car so im assuming it was when the seat was out of the car. but they were willing to repair it but will not replace it, so now it looks like shit. the repair guy(the guy the shop got for me) said that the scuff was so deep it cant be removed. so you still see all the cuts and scuffs and now the color is off and it feels like shit
