its kind of a pain, as you have to work in some tight spaces. You'll need to take the shifter console out, 4 screws on the sides... if you have a manual tranny, you need to seperate the shift knob and boot and remove the shift knob first... just pull down on the chrome piece that mates with the knob then spin the knob off. With the console out you need to cram yourself into the footwell and look at the back side of the radio... there should be 2 vertical screws that are holding the rear of the radio in the car... A stubby philips screw driver should do the trick. When the screws are out, the radio will just pull out of the dash. Good luck... it can be a pain!
