Default tight squeeze?

i was looking at various 6.5" speakers for the doors of my accord coupe. i came across a really nice pair of alpine type s 6 3/4" 2 way speakers for the low and i just wanna know if somehow i can possibly make them fit into 6.5" holes in the accord. has anybody tried anything like this with success? i really like these speakers and its a real shame if i cant get them becasue theyre 1/4 of an inch off...

I am 99% sure that you can just modify the baffle to make them fit. They are usually plastic anyway. Worst comes to worst...make a baffle out of MDF. Just make sure they are the right mounting depth.
