To install a capacitor;
Wire (+) -> Capacitor (+) -> Amp (+)

For the ground, you can
Amp (-) -> Ground point on the frame AND Cap (-) -> Ground point on the frame
or
Amp (-) -> Capacitor (-) -> Ground point on the frame
