try doing a search. If you planned on getting the h22a, just wait and do it then.

Probably easier to just go out and buy a manual (IMHO). But I'd say about $3K if you're having a pro do it.

I did it myself for about $600. Helps to find a matching donor car. If you are not totally attached to your car, consider selling and buying a manual, just easier and less worries. But I have had no problems at all in 3 years...

yeah, see I was original planning on doing an H22a swap and manual swap together in a year or so. But I was just curious, and I dont want to sell my car because I just got it repainted to the color I wanted, and already have all the parts below on \/ (dont want to try and swap them all or start over) I guess I'll just wait for the h22 swap. thanks though

Okay, here's the deal: 90AccordEX4 is a pimp. Phat props to you for doing it yourself!!

This is no driveway swap. i'm getting mine done now, but i'm swapping up to an H22 as well. everyone's right, unless you really love you car, strip it, sell it, and reinstall everything on the new one.

Thanks. I actually thought it was going to be a weekend project... took me ~2 months . Mostly because of that damn tranny mount bracket. Good thing I have a friend with a welder. It was also fun figuring out how to get cruise, reverse lights, starter lock solenoid and some other things to work. But that's why it's a project! I have done everything on that car... also going to swap the engine soon... :naughty:
