Default Headlight adjustment...

I got the Sylvania Silverstar a few days ago and installed it. While the light was definity whiter than stock and brighter at the area inmediately infront of the car the range and area doesn't seem to be as long/large as stock... Is there anyway to adjust the aim? What's the proper way to align/adjust headlights. Given the Silverstars have the same lume. as stock I don't see how it can't cover as much area/range. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Are the low and high beam suppose to match up at a certain distance to a flat wall??? What's some ways to tell that my lights are properly aligned?

Same thing happened to me when I installed my Silverstars. I have not re-aligned my lights yet, but all you have to do is open the hood and find an adjustment screw located near your lamp housing. I'm sorry I have no idea which one it is, since I havn't done this yet myeslf. But just experiment untill you find the magic button! Anyone else know?

I know how to adjust the lights left/right/up/down I just need to know how to calibrate them. As in how far does the car have to be from the wall? What should the light pattern be? Where does the light suppose to aim?...etc.

5 to 10 feet from the wall is good.

Yea theres a big screw on the upper right hand corner that adjusts the up/down and theres 2 lil screws in the lower left hand side next to the spring that adjusts left/right.
