Default 7th Gen Accord V6 - Flashing Drive Indicator CPC Solenoid Question

So my sister's 2007 Accord V6 (187K miles) is getting the flashing Drive indicator, CEL, and VSA light and it starts off in and stays in 2nd gear. I've read codes P0966 and P0962 (control circuit low on pressure control solenoids A and B). So I've removed and tested both solenoids. I get a consistent 6.2 ohms of resistance between the terminals (spec range is 3 to 10 ohms). I tested both for power and they both click/activate when 12V is applied across the terminals. I'm trying to figure out how to do the continuity test now, but I don't know where the TCM is located on the vehicle. I am also having trouble finding this information with the typical online search.

Can someone help me out here? Where is the TCM on this 2007 Accord V6?
I did go ahead and purchase a new solenoid from Rockauto just in case and to compare operation with my used one. I got the same resistance readings and the new one performed identically as the existing one when I applied voltage to them. So I'm pretty convinced that there's nothing wrong with the existing solenoid.

Any help is appreciated!

Sidenote, I did check the transmission fluid level - Warmed the engine up to operating temp, P, R, N, D, D3, 2, 1 (each for 2 seconds) and then back to P. Turned the car off, and then checked the dip stick within about 30 seconds. Level read fine for hot.

I am wondering if I just need to clear the CEL to take the vehicle out of limp mode... I only have the bluetooth FIXd code reader and it indicates that it tries to clear the code but is unsuccessful... Still looking for help on this one.
