Default Washer trick

ok, i did do a seach but none of the threads gave specific info really.


here's my situation. my rear alighment printout says

Left Rear
Camber: -1.7
Toe: 0.31

Right Rear
Camber: -1.6
Toe: 0.22

how many washer will i need? AND what KIND of washers. none of the threads never really told what kind or size...just how many

5-6 washers/bolt, Type: flat, Size 10mm

Why type material for bolt? how thick washers?

5-6 washers per bolt, washer's type: Flat, size 10mm or 3/8 (those with smaller diameter), about 1/16 thickness

Metric, 10mm Diameter, 1.25 Pitch, 60 mm long

are you trying to get it to 0 degrees or -1.0?

I used i believe 4 and 6 1.75mm thick washers to correct for -0.8 and -1.2 to bring them both to around +1.2
I dont think the alignment sensors were perfect, but its a ballpark figure to estimate how many you need.
