Default One of My 9005 Low-beams Burnt Out!

Its only been in a month.

Should I go ahead and replace it with a 9005 and do the conversion again or just put 9006s in my low-beams?

HELP!

What bulbs did you use, brand I mean?

Did you touch the bulb at all?

I have no idea if I brushed against the bulb or not.

I tried not to.

The bulbs were Silverstars.

it'll be odd if you goto 9006 becuz the other is a much brighter 9005, it may look like 1 beam is out of alignment. this is your decision, it's $50 for 2-9006 or $25 for 1-9005, w/ a DIY conversion.

Most likely you touched it, but it could be a bad bulb. Silverstars are rather new to the market, and Sylvania is still developing them. I think if you contact them, they may send you a new bulb for free in exchange for your blown one. Always make sure to NEVER touch the bulb with anything, ESPECIALLY not your skin. The oils get on the bulb and screw it up.
