Installing a Greddy EVO Exhaust
Hey guys, i just got a Greddy EVO and I was wondering if there is a way to install this thing @ my house instead of taking it to a garage and spending over 100 bucks for installation. How hard is it to install this thing? what should i worry about when i'm installing it?

Menieke installs for 30 bucks.
But anyways, it's not hard.
all it is, is bolts and maybe oxy-cetaline tanks to get off the catalytic converter bolts. Not hard at all.

its really easy, just depends on how rusty they bolts are. just jack the car up near the catalytic converter and start unscrewing the bolts and taking the pipes off the hangers.

Get a Propane torch, and load it it MAPP gas so it'll burn a little hotter. Jack the car up. Using the torch, heat up the bolt head, and nuts to the point that they are almost glowing. About 2 minutes. Remove and extinguish flame. Quickly, soak the bolts and head completely with pb blaster, wd40 or your penetrating oil of choice. When you heat it, the metal expands, and when you take the heat away, the metal will start to contract again, and when you soak it in penetrating oil, the oil will be drawn into the threads through the contratcing process. Grab your trusty Breaker Bar, or Impact gun if you're so equiped, and remove the bolts. Be careful, and let them cool before you touch them. They will be hot enough to burn your fingerprints off if you touch them. (don't ask how I know)

i got my exhaust installed @ mobil for $47.50, they originally charged 67.00 but the owner (he drives a 2002 Benz SLK32 AMG) told me how his son is into imports too and **** (son drives a hardcore TT Supra) and gave me a discount. NICE GUY!
btw, the exhaust is LOUD as ****, even @ low rpms.
My friends told me to gun the car to clean out the pipes or something like that.
