Dead Battery (trunk light?)

Dead Battery (trunk light?)
Hello,
Have a totally dead battery. Just tried to jump and nothing. Not even the slightest power.
Trying to figure out how happen. Think the trunk may have been open over night. I know the cabin lights will shut off after a time to save the battery, but will the trunk light stay on as long as there is juice?
Thanks!

Mine will, but then again so will my interior dome light... I don't even drive an Accord, but the point is that it will depend on the year/gen.
I'm not aware of any cars with auto-off trunk lights, but I've never actually put auto-off interior/cabin lights to the test either.
