Default 98-00 Accord V6 Brake question

I have a behavior with my 99 ACC EX-V6 that I would like you to test if you have it too.

When first start driving in the morning, on an open street going 20MPH hit the brake pedal really hard (Kick it down HARD) and fast. The pedal goes hard but apply pressure until it stops.

What I am getting is that the pedal goes hard and the car stops but it is hard to stop it.

If you do the same test with applying the pedal slower and not as a hard it stops like it should be.

I think that the hard press and rise in pressure is seen by the proportioning valve and because the circuits are diagonal it effect the front braking until the rear calipers are closed.

On a standard transmission it seems less of an effect.

It seems a lot better after going through the procedure or resetting the rear calipers and adjusting the emergency brake and making sure both rear wheels are engage when adjusting the emergency brake to 1 notch and see that the rear wheels are dragging.

I welcome to challenge anyone with an 98-00 accord.

Thank you!
