Approx cost to replace timing belt on 6th gen?
I have a 6th gen (I-4, auto, LX) with about 100k miles on it. What would be the approx. cost to have the timing belt, water pump, and other belts replaced either from the dealer or a reputable local shop? What is the mileage that most guys here with a 6th gen replaced their timing belts? Thanks.

Just changed mine last week on V6 sedan with 110K on it. I took it to a local shop that specializes on Hondas and Acuras. They changed the T-belt, Water Pump, drive belts, crank seal, and some other seal for $700 +tax. I know thats probably a bit expensive but I didnt want to take the car to just any ol shop.

You'll get the timing belt and water pump done with the basic service. ($600)
You really should get all drive belts done while the car is apart too. (+$200 onto the basic service)
Go to the dealer. You don't want any old shop messing with something they don't specialize in. Also, I got my belt(s) done at 90K.
