Default 2002 TL interior inside a 6th Gen Sedan

Hey, I got this crazy idea of swapping seats and door panels, (thinking bout everything) out of a 02 TL type S interior into my 6th Gen Sedan...will it fit?

door panels.... doubt it.... the doors are different sizes/shapes

if one were to have access to a TL type S from a junk yard, could one jus strip everything out of there and then just bolt it up into a 6th gen accord...i think the interior dimensions are the same...

the seats in the TL are a 9 way adjustable with the controller in the door. Factor in the ABS side airbags in the seats, and the swap isn't that easy.

It really wouldn't be that easy especially if you're swapping in seats with side airbags into an accord without them.If you want an acura, get an acura.

the second the Accord's SRS (safety retainment system) detects a break in the line, you'll trip an SRS light on your dash.

You won't pass a state inspection (if you have them)

Also, if you get in an accident and the airbags were compromised, your insurance will not have to cover any damages. You will be dropped instantly.

How would the SRS system know that the seats had side air bags though?
