F23 Engine Buildup
okay, i've been searching for the past week and i think i got the gist of the idea for engine buildups. there's one thing i'm not quite sure i understand, so correct me if i'm wrong.
you get better pistons and rods because the pistons are lighter and won't have as much stress in terms of weight. the rods can handle the higher pushing and pulling and won't snap or melt. am i right?
that's all i got from engine build up. what other parts are involved. i know the cams aren't something you can buy for an F23, but you can..polish it? something about the lobe? what do new gaskets do?

you need to read more man... read more. if u want some advice on an engine buildup for the 6th gen accord, check out www.honduh.com (6th gen accord section), 98-02 accord like yourself
