I've recently purchased a NIB genuine honda spoiler. I have an '02 Accord 4dr in Firepepper Red. The spoiler I got was Deep Velvet Blue Pearl but really, really inexpensive. I planned on having it painted, still saving a couple hundred $.

The blue spoiler, I just found out, is from a '98-00. Are these the same size/shape/mounting as the 01-02's?

It looks like it from the pictures but I want to make sure before I sink any money into paint or start drilling holes.

Yes they are same size cause its the same generation accord.

They might be different. The trunk lids swapped from the 98-00 (v1) to 01-02 (v2)

The Sedan definately got a new spoiler design in '01, I'm not sure about the coupe.

if you recieved it already, place it on top of the bumper and see if it looks like it will fit

I set it on the trunk and it looks ok. I haven't measured to verify if the bolt holes will line up or not though.

I still would like to know if there is a difference between the years though. This one goes right to the edges of the trunk lid. I've seen pictures of '01-'02spoilers that look like they hang over the edge of the trunk lid covering a bit of the fender. More so than the previous ones anyway

They are not the same, the '01-'02 is more flat, less angular near the edges. The Sedan 98-00 was more like the Coupe spoiler of the same year. The sedan spoiler flattened out a bit in the '01-'02s

I have no clue if they match up, in general some of the color combos don't interchange either so many color combos in 98-00 were exclusive to that spoiler, etc.

what is the purpose of the camber kit?

corrects camber to OE specs after you lower your car with aftermarket springs, etc.

The '01-'02 spoiler also hangs a little past the trunk lid while the '98-'00 ends exactly at the edge of the trunk lid.
