    HELP! Replacing Headlight bulb

I own a 7th gen 2004 honda accord and just bought a nokya white beam 9006 headlight bulb for the low beam.
i got the 2 holding clips out of the fender and pulled the cover off the fender and bumper.
next i reached for the bulb and able to touch it but i couldn't rotate it
it's supposed to be rotated counterclockwise about a quater way but how come it doesn't rotate?
Could u give me some advise? thanks!

Headlights in Accords can be tough. I have a '95 and I've wrestled with mine on more than one occassion.

The only thing I can tell you is to put on some gloves and put some elbow grease into it. Sometimes you might need to use something to try and knock it loose (gently) because they get put in a little crooked from time to time. Once you get it out, you'll be able to put one back in carefully so you know that it's straight.
