Default ABS light troubleshooting

I pulled following codes;
12 faulty right front wheel sensor pulse signal
32 "solenoid" ????
54 main relay stuck off
81 CPU

not sure where to start to fix, do I need to change the front wheel sensor first or is there something else I need to possibly do first?

One other thing to mention, car had some flood damage several months ago, I just replaced all wheel bearings, brake rotors & pads. Car is my son that has joined the Navy so it has been sitting until recently. Pretty sure I may have caused the issue by attempting to start the car shortly have the "Huricane Mathew" hit. Car ran but I had ABS & SRS hard lights, car runs and drives fine just now need to fix the ABS and get it inspected. Could I have fried CPU? Possibly but hoping it might be something simpler. Not sure what solenoid 32 calls out? Help!
