Got a 94 accord F22b2 5 speed all my lights work but my running lights in the reAR brakes and turn signals work but no running lights my fuse box does not have the diagram so wondering I'd anyone can tell me what fuse it is and also my speedo isn't working stuck on 20 and when I drive it just bounces kinda

I've got the same problem with my speedo on the 97 accord any ideas?

Speedometer problem might be the vehicle speed sensor (VSS)
If only the rear running lights are out, check the bulbs.
