will gs300 hubs ans spindles fit on 99 accord?

Swapping hubs between two different manufacturers probably not an easy task.
Check the bolt patterns for both cars.
The 99 Lexus GS300 is 5-114 (five bolts, 114mm bolt circle) according to tirerack.com
It appears the 99 Honda Accord has the same 5-114 bolt pattern.
The real question is:
Do both cars have the same rim offset?
You can always google "Honda 4 lug to 5 lug conversion"
I saw one listing of the Honda parts you would need. (assuming your car is 4 lug).
