Sneak peak of my 2004 Benz E55 AMG E-Code Bi-xenon retrofit

Here is a sneak peak of my headlights DIY black housing we also painted the bezels gunmetal. I used E-Code Bi-xenon projectors with bezels out of a 2004 Benz E55 AMG. The retrofit is almost done and I will update pics as soon I get these joints in my car very soon. 99AznAccord did the retrofit and trust me it was a bitch to fit these in the accord housing with bezels, these damm projectors are huge. I have to say Thanks to 99AznAccord for the help and I love the Led's gauges and retrofit.

Thanks man. And yes, those projectors were a bitch and a HUGE headache to get in there, but what's done is done. I'm just glad it's over with. lol. The back portion is hardly even touched. Just saved it a bit more so things could be pushed back a bit more.

Thanks man. More pics will come sometime this weeked. I will finish the complete retrofit by tomorrow. That was only test fitted to make sure things were in order. And yes guys, for those wanting to see the rear, I will get pics of those too. Along with beam patterns later when birdman comes down for the install and everything.

Where did you get the projectors from? I need to know because I have some BMW 7-Series projectors that are pretty big for my car. Thanks for any information.

looks like his old bulbs are in the pic, I think he could just use the old bulbs with no rewiring, because if he did all that projector work he can make a blub fit! Tight lights!
    Thanks,

pmed u 99aznaccord, im interested in u doing a retrofit for me. im in maryland, sis lives in richmond. i want the valeo projectors(s4 specs), not the hella ones(which i heard are like the a6), cuz i want a very blue look with tint of purple, but bright white up close, like the bmw m3/m5, audi look, s2k look above the cuttoff. i dont want the acura/lexus look, which is very bright white. i made an offer to you, and have cash ready now, to buy parts, and pay for ur labor. i want to use my oem cleared out headlights. our friend Jai, i asked him to do this, but he is gonna let me kno soon, if he wants to. i kno ur the expert he said, local one, so, let me kno, if ur free soon, in case jai backs out. i saw hidtech.com, and wondering if u can get better price on the projectors, cuz that would be wayy over $600, including the labor cost ur probably your asking for. maybe u can recommend different projectors even, cuz i kno the retrofits on that site dont come with bezels even. thxs for ur time, we talked b4 thru email.

Hey man, I responded to your email and will be waiting for your response soon. I am free anytime. Might take me a TAD bit longer to do them ebcause I am just loaded with work. Got me retrofitting projectors and not retrofitting LEDs inside taillights as well. Along with school work, so I have to kind of juggle all 3 around, which shouldn't be too hard. I can do retrofits during daytime and school work during nights. Anyways, just let me know whenever you are ready as well. ALso hit me up on aim if you have it at Green1999Accord or give me an email at momoney726@aol.com. And don't worry man, you will definitely get your money's worth out of all of this as well. I promise you on that. I always work till I get it to look the BEST possible that I can do and with each retrofit I do, I get better and better. So since you see these right here, the next set that I do will more than likely end up looking better than these as well. Not saying these look bad, but you know everything and any kind of project can always use better improvements here and there. Anyways, hit me up later. We will talk business.

WOW! For some better pics, try using a tripod or setting the camera on something sturdy to avoid the blured look. Unless thats what your going for!

Nice beam pattern! How did you guys get those big projectors to fit into the housing was it much trouble or cuttin that you had to do? I have the same projectors but haven't installed them yet. The guy from illusionlighting.com said he could do the job but it would be alot of cutting, and he wouldn't recommend it. It looks like 99 though did a pretty damn good job.

A lot of cutting? Nope. Let's see.....the most that I did was customize the shroud, which was no biggie. Then on the back, just shave the circle out just a tad bit more. And drill holes for the mounting and adjusting screws. Didn't you see the back part of the headlights? Does that look like a lot of cutting done? That's the best I could get it for the time being, but I'm sure as I get better, the way it looks may get better as well. And everything is sealed up nice and tight too. Full adjustability of left, right, up, and down. Let me know if you need help. Thanks.
