Dremel with rotory disc to make a groove, then use a flat head screw driver to turn it out.

if you can get to the head of the screw.. use a pair of vice grips, had todo this last night on a screw for my coil. The screw was partially stripped and tryin to remove it well stripped it good. Grabbed a small pair of vice grips clamped it on and turned it out.
