Stripped Screws

My 94 EX has many stripped phillip screws which i am meaning to replace with bolts or deep flat head screws. What is the easiest way to remove a stripped screw? I already tried dosing them in WD-40, it didn't help much.

Dremel with rotory disc to make a groove, then use a flat head screw driver to turn it out.

edit: I still plan on replacing this screw but it's a decent temp solution.

if you can get to the head of the screw.. use a pair of vice grips, had todo this last night on a screw for my coil. The screw was partially stripped and tryin to remove it well stripped it good. Grabbed a small pair of vice grips clamped it on and turned it out.
