Default Civc EX 03 belt

I just got this car, and the dealership said that there was dust on the belt, but I realize now that that was a lie. now it's getting worse and only when my AC is on, even if it is barely turned on. I know close to nothing about cars, so I'm not sure which belt this is??

you need to the whole thing.

I assume a belt is squealing.
1. replace belt
2. tension properly
3.????
4. profit
