I'm looking for some Seats from a Del Sol. Black with Red or Grey stripe.
If you can think of any that might be up for adoption, please let me know.

Here's a related question: what color schemes were there, regarding seat stripe color to car color. My black sol has red stripes (not for sale, sorry - they're not in perfect shape anyway), while a blue one I saw had a black or nearly-black stripe. Anyone know the formula?

Well, for 93-95 sols:
red car = red stripe
blue = blue stripe
black = red stripe
green = green stripe
What other colors were there? They stopped the color stripes in the 96 and 97 models.

Well all is good this morning, I did end up picking some 95 seats up on eBay.
They are black with a Grey stripe. Maybe that means they are androgynous?

hmmm... maybe the grey stripe came in the white cars...?
Interesting! I've seen the samba green stripe, and tons of red and blue stripes. But there are some color sols I've never seen, like the dark blue and the dark green. White is pretty rare around here too.

With the exception of the red stiped seats in the black Sols, and the gray stripes in the white Sols, they all had color matched seat stripe colors.
. I'd trade 'em for Type R seats any day of the week
