Im driving a f_cking egg
which mods should i do
I bought a gsr motor for my 93 civic hatch. Already have suspension and exaust. Its going in my car next week completely stock except for a racing clutch. What are the cheapest mods I can do to get my car in the 13s (I wanna go NA) Will just an intake, header and intake cam do it? Im trying to hit 13.5-13.9.

Stage 3 Modified
stripped interior with a good driver, traction and I/H/E might net you high 13s

cams and lots of tuning!
Also practice your launching and shifting
Hit me up if you need any parts

LMAO! 1:13's

NA will cost you just as much as FI to get to 13s. you'll be lucky hitting 14s right now and the more time you drop from now on the harder it'll be.

maybe you are not too bright.... not talkign shit BUT....
cams intake header clutch suspension sure as hell total more than $500 for juice. look im NOT shoving it down your throat.. but ask the question.. whats the cheapest way to go fast in a straight line.. and it sure as hell isn't n/a
nitrous is by far the BEST power for the money you will find...

as long as you can drive you should be able to with the right mods. i suggest intake manifold, cams, cam gears, header, fuel preassure regulator, fuel preassure guage, cai, and maybe some slicks and youd be there if not close. or you could do what oc said and get temporary power with nitrous but i would rather have the power all the time

you just proved you are a wanna be E-Thug and are around 17 years of age.. or at least act like it.. which would explain your inability to understand i was trying to HELP you.. and YES i get it often.. see unlike you im an adult.. and i live with my fiance'.. so i dont need a civic to troll the school yards like you.. i "get it" plenty

i agree with you.. if he DIDN'T ask about 1/4 mile times i would have never suggested nitrous, as most people are concerned to have it all the time.. but as im sure you understand its just a flick of the switch away... its CHEAP proven power... and thats why i suggested it.. TRYING to help him out..

no its cool but if you cant drive nitrous means jack. my friend has it in his hatch and still gets crappy times just cause he sucks at driving. and you shouldnt use nitrous on the street its stupid. but if you want the power everyday like i think he's saying it will take alot more work. nitrous is the best bang for the bucki won't deny that.it sounds cool too when it sprays and the instant boost is cool. but so is the sound of an n/a vtec screaming. so it all comes down to his budget if your a cheap bastard go with nitrous if not spend the time and build up your motor

he said he wanted to go NA in the 1st place, therefore ruling out nitrous....so why keep talking about it??
now im not saying ur wrong oc....but he stated he wanted NA, and he wanted to know if those mods would give him thos kinda times, not if nitrous would

wow so clever Mr. 27 post guy ... the best part stands to be this ... you are SO STUPID that you could not see my posts were an effort to help you ... obviously you are beyond anyones help... maybe someone will tell you a cheaper way to go 13's, but they would be better off not wasting there time since you will probably not listen.. go crank up the stereo you hardcore ethug bastard and pick up some nice pre highschool "bithez"...

because imho cheap and N/A do not go hand in hand.. i mean come on.. lets be real.. not to harp on the nitrous thing anymore BUT... theres NO cheaper/better way to go fast in a straight line... like his goal is OBVIOUSLY a lower ET.. so i was CURIOUS, which is why i made the post questioning why N/A.. my point was if the goal is cheap low et's why go N/A and of course theres the obvious answer "because its a challenge" or something along those lines... well so is getting a geo metro to go 14's... or some other gay car to do something else.. but i ask you (and him) what is he left with at the end of the day by going N/A.. the ability to say "wow im going just as fast as this guy with a bottle, but i did it for MORE money" thats where im lost.. i never said he HAD to run nitrous.. i just didn't get his desire to go N/A when drag was the application..

c'mon guys your arguing over nothing. go ahead and reread my post. without forced induction, by that I mean n2o, turbo, supercharger, David the Gnome shoveling coal, your gonna have to spend bank to get it running how you want it and won't see the same results if you had boosted it.
intake manifold, cams, cam gears, throttle body, pistons, etc. your just gonna spend more money getting each thing installed too. not everyone on the streets with a b-series swap is running 13s. its just not that easy.

here you are saying that to go 13's it would cost "as much" meaning equal however he does it.. N/A or F/I and i STRONGLY disagree...
but i DO however agree with the last thing you said about swaps and 13's.. i agree with that completely
