The reason is, I don't have an Si B pipe. I need to decide if I should buy one or not.

No, it won't. I'm pretty sure the HX's have a front mounted cat, if it doesn't the Si won't fit. It will be expecting a 3 bolt triangular flange to go to a cat and your HX's downpipe will havea 2 bolt flex flange to connect to the rest of the HX's system. If you buy an EX's exhuast manifold and cat, it might fit (everything will be correct, can't say for sure on lengths, probably would).
