Default Selling price for '99 Si

Hey everyone,

I'm seriously considering selling my 99 Si, and I was wondering if you guys and gals think my price is fair. I'm planning on moving across the country from NC to Oregon and the car can't come with me.:wtc:

Details- It's stock no mods ever
less than 80,000 mls.
paint and body are good- some minor flaws but overall still clean
interior is in really good shape
I'm 2nd owner
it needs new drivers side rear caliper and new tires

$- 5,000 - $- 6,000

If you've got 2cents throw 'em in!

Thanks,
Gabriel

depending on the flaws it could raise or lower the price, but what you are asking is somewhat an average price I've been seeing (yes I'm looking for my old ride again). I sold mine back in 2006 with 80,000 miles for $11,000

Thanks CivicSiRacer,

I was kind of hoping you would chime in on this.
11,000!!!! Good lord you pulled down a pretty penny for your ride man! I assume you sold it already set up.
I hope you can find another, or if you want to come to NC and buy mine...

With the economy being as is, it's a buyer's market especially with things like vehicles, that's why my price is low-(pretty much right on KBB value). I would much rather ask 8,000 for it but I need the loot to finance the move and I need it quick.

As far as the body flaws go, it's just some small dings, a little paint scratch and ding on the top of the trunk from a freakin' rock flying out of a dump truck, scratch on the passenger side side view, and the dohc v-tech sticker on the drivers side has got a small piece missing. Really it's not that bad, When you list it all out it seems worse than it is.

If anyone is interested I'll post some pics, vin and other info in the sale/trade forum.

Thanks- Gabriel

You would have a way better chance on selling it on craigslist but yea the price sounds about right for that car.
If you want an instant sell I would do $4800.
Post some pics...
