Hopefully you can spare the engine and slap it in a hatch or something... Sorry man. I've been lucky and never totalled a car. The nice thing is that 6th gens have come way down in price. Maybe you can get something cheap... But definitely fight for what's your's, money for your pain and all the crap you're going through. Accidents hurt.
