corners in both my civics.
when i drive my hatch around turns it seems like it can handle it but i dont have good shocks to so its kinda rough when cornering hard, but when i drive my girls coupe which is just lowered i have better handling abilities in her car oppossed to mine. why is this?
she is on steelies and lowered and im on 16x7s,lowered and i have strut bars.

The coupe is a little heavier too so that may make a diff. What year is hers again?

ex and si have pretty much the same suspension
you both should have front 22 mm front sway bars, and nothing in the rear.
her shocks may be in better shape than yours.
strut tower bars only make your car feel better they don't necessarily make you handle better.
biggest thing would probably be tires.
cars can feel completely different with different suspension.

Ya, my dumb ass forgot you had an Si....
I'd say it's the wear and tear that you put on it cause I'm sure you drive just a little harder than she does.
