Civic Type R or Teg Type R?

I drive a 98 Civic coupe and thinking about getting either JDM Civic Type R or Teg Type R. Price difference of the engines are $500 and I'm trying to get some feedback to see which would be better for my car.

ITR, or build something better for less. A GSR with an LS crank and rods, and either use a Skunk intake manifold, or swap a PR3 head and ITR manifold on.

CTR may be more rare, but you can be rare and still get stomped by someone with an ITR engine, so you decide.

Neither, they are both a waste of your money. GSR. Put a red valve cover on if you want to feel special.
