Might be possible, but might not stick right... :dunno:
I have that blue tint on my M3-style mirrors, it makes all the cars look like they have rice bulbs :exnbp:

I would think it would act liek tinting and make it so that the other cars headlights wont be so bright, not to mention the peskey cops

i got them on mines, but they came with the mirror :exnbp:

broadway tinted rearview mirror will fix that right up
i too have a problem with my normal side view mirrors and being blinded (probably cuz of the contrast between my brodway mirror and the normal sides). . . . but i was thinkin more of a bronze tint.
