yeah sounds like the piston in your caliper is frozen. If you can get it off, spray a little 10w-40 and it should free it up.

You might be able to rebuild it, but you might as well get a new caliper if it's not too pricey.

Do that. I was referring to doing it yourself with a rebuild kit(new seals, etc), but for $34 save yourself the trouble.

If this were later, I'd just give you my caliper (given that it fits) because I won't be needing it...

caliper rebuilds never go well if you dont know what youre doing, and usually they are like $8 cheaper than a professionally rebuilt one.
oh yeah, and wd40 is not a valid way to fix a problem...

god damnit...i just took apart my caliper and blah blah blah..and the fawker gave me a different caliper..
dumbass part runners...i should of known not to trust parts people. shiit, i didnt even bother looking at it until i had the old one off. btw..this one is for an accord..

its probably frozen cuz the piston is all rusted and eventually built up enough friction on the seals that it wouldn't move... my rear one was frozen... and then I took the rubber boot off and sprayed it with PB blaster and did my best to dissolve the rust. I cleaned it for the most part but its a long term temporary fix. last time I did it was 2 years ago... and then it froze again...
just replace it if its the front one... this was my rear disc and the cheapest I can find one is $137
