Default tranny fluid

Hi,I recently got a swap and at first, it would shift really smooth and easy. Now now I notice the shifts are getting a little harsher and I feel a slight grind from 1-2. Could this be a sign that the tranny fluid is low ?

It's a sign that your synchros are biting the bucket, you should have flushed and refilled the tranny fluid when you got it.

Check your axle seals for leaks.

I checked everything, there is no leak. But I think its grinding a little because my shift knob is kinda messed up. Like its not aligned with the shifter. I only started noticing this when I forced the shift knob back on..

Running low on fluid in a honda usually effects 3rd / 4th/ before it effects the 1/2 combo.

I'm gonna say it's probably your synchros, you won't know until you pull it apart.
