Default Jerky driving after tuneup

I have a 99 Civic EX that I recently did a tuneup on. It was the first full tuneup, and I did it at 80,000 miles. I changed the plugs(NGK), wires(Bosch), distributor cap, rotor, fuel filter, and air filter. I haven't really noticed any change in the performace except for a jerky feeling. After I accelerate, it seems that the car kinda jerks back a little. Something that I hadn't noticed before I changed everything. I think that I did everything right. The only thing that I have been a little concerned about is that the new Bosch wires that I got are longer than my old factory wires and that even though they snap into the plugs pretty well, they don't seem to properly fit snug onto the holes. Is that just how they are or did I get plugs that aren't right for me car? If its not the plugs, what other things should I try to check out to correct the jerky feeling? Thanks in advance

Don't the plugs come pre-gapped? If not, how do I go about checking and adjusting the plugs?
